Olajumoke Oduwole - CEO and Co-founder
Olajumoke Oduwole is a financial inclusion consultant with a decade of experience in business technology development and digital transformation. At Alajo, Jumoke focuses on forging partnerships with external service providers to help the company deliver greater customer value.
She also works with team leads to drive the company's vision and mission, ensuring the company meets monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
Before co-founding Alajo, Olajumoke ran a leading software development company, KJK Africa. KJK Africa has built several technology suites for multimillion-dollar projects across Nigeria, generating a revenue of $14m for its clients since 2018. Olajumoke studied B.Sc and M.Sc in Systems Engineering, majoring in Artificial Intelligence, at the University of Lagos.
Eniola Oladeinde - COO
Eniola also oversees field agent training and strategic expansion while working closely with other department heads to drive operational excellence.
Before co-founding Alajo, Eniola ran Shrewd Integrated Services, a Lagos-based finance company that provided door-to-door savings services to Lagosians. Shrewd Integrated services has saved and disbursed $1.5m to her 1,400 customers in 5 years of thrift operations.
Eniola is a certified PMP professional with an M.Sc. in Data Science and Business Analytics from the University of Texas.
Bolaji Bankole - CISO
Bolaji Bankole is Alajo's Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with over 14 years of experience in the IT industry, primarily in Cyber Forensics, Information security, and cyber security.
As CISO, he ensures Alajo's product development technology and security architecture meet global security standards and compliance regulations for FinTech products.
Melvin Jacob Osamogie - CFO
Melvin Osamogie is Alajo's CFO, overseeing all finance functions, including risk management, capital management, corporate compliance, fundraising, financial planning, and budgeting
Melvin is an accomplished tax professional with over 5 years of experience in tax consultancy and corporate compliance.
Lekan Oladosu - CTO
Lekan Oladosu is Alajo's CTO and development team lead. Lekan has over a decade of experience across Fintech, healthtech, and edutech industry.
He leads technology strategy and implementation of Alajo product features while interfacing with the CPO, CISO, and CEO to ensure business, security and product objectives align with technology development.
